ICT Administrator
The position
ORBYT GLOBAL is continuously growing and we are looking for an ICT Administrator to become a valuable member of our ICT department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring their reliable and efficient operation.
Furthermore, he/she will take an active part in escalation procedures and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams. In addition, he/she will be responsible for documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company’s Microsoft on‑premise and cloud environments (including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Intune, Active Directory)
- Manage and support the company’s Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 11 devices and virtualization platforms (VMware)
- Ensure the stability, performance and security of network and server infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and systems within the corporate infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, backup processes and disaster recovery solutions
- Manage IT hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing and security standards
- Document incidents, solutions and procedures within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation
- Work closely with internal departments to identify recurring issues and recommend enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as an ICT Administrator or Systems Administrator
- Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) systems will be considered a plus
- Microsoft Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or related will be considered a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking (routing & switching), virtualization (VMware ESXi), AzureAD & Active Directory
- Experience with security tools, patch management, and system monitoring software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
